Processing Time

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country; these are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Restrictions
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the products ordered comply with the import regulations of their destination country, including any restrictions on electronics, batteries, or wireless devices. We are not responsible for orders delayed, held, or seized by customs, and such cases do not qualify for a refund based on import restrictions alone.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages
